James Harter Art Studio was established in 2000. It came about as a result of my background in fine art serigraph printmaking. At the time that serigraphs were becoming prohibitively expensive and time consuming to produce, digital printmaking was becoming the prominent form of reproducing artwork.  It is more affordable and considerably quicker to reproduce quality art prints digitally.  I was able to utilize my color matching skill and attention to detail and transition into the world of Giclees.
